Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS

To be eligible for return, refund or cancellation, unopened and unused product(s) must be physically returned to Audubon Dermatology or shipped to the office with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Opened or used product(s) may be returned if you experience a medically demonstrative negative reaction to the product. Product(s) must be physically returned to Audubon Dermatology or shipped to the office with original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund. Refunds will only be granted via the original method of payment.

Any expired products are ineligible for return/refund.
